NWA, maybe a bit of an unpopular choice but I adore.

Probably the most hated of the santos lineage but to me is a slept on neo vintage gem.

As I kid I thought the ultimate rich guy watch was a gold santos or a gold sub. In 2004 I remember when the santos 100 came out. Saw ads for it and thought, “One day.”

I’ve got a lot of gold subs but never found the right gold santos. I tried the Gordon Gekko, tried the santos dumonts, tried some CPCP’s and even tried the new midsize santos (call me crazy but I hate the new bezel and how to goes down to the strap and/or bracelet just prefer the square bezel. It’s iconic).

This watch is not financially the biggest watch in my collection but it is sort of my favorite F U watch haha… I love that it’s chunky, love that to me it represents huge value. And love that it’s sort of just a chunk of gold on the wrist.

This is the midsize one. I also think the deployant is just perfect. Balances the weight perfectly.

Loved that this one was clearly well loved but not refinished and just ready to be enjoyed on holiday. Got some new straps coming and will post some of the fun colors for it soon.
