Anyone own or has seen a midsize Santos 100?

Hello everyone.  I posted earlier asking if anyone had wrist shots of the midsize Santos 100.  I realize that may not be the easiest thing or even possible to get.  Instead, I was wondering if anyone had seen the Santos 100 midsize and whether I could get your thoughts on it.  What kind of presence does it have on the wrist, lets say compared to a Breitling Navitimer?  How about compared to the Santos Dumont (which is a bit on the large end but still looks good on my wrist).  I've got about a 6.5-6.75 inch wrist, so I'm trying to get a sense of whether the midsize will work for me since my AD only has the large size which is far too large for my wrist.  Also, I can't find a reliable measurements on the internet or Cartier's site either.  The measurements seem to be all over the place.

I'm looking for something that will work with formal clothing like suits, but can work with a casual look as well.  I'm also considering the Tank Solo in 18k or the Louis Cartier, but even though they are beautiful both are just so thin and a bit too small and formal looking.

Finally, I had downloaded the attached picture a long time ago because it was so beautiful, and now I find myself looking at a Santos 100 myself.  I have no idea where I found it, but it struck my fancy enough to download it for future purchases!  By any chance is it someone on this forum?  smile  Looks like it might be a midsize too.

Thanks!
