Tried it a few years back...
for the average Asian wrist, the medium case is quite the elegant size.
there is presence, most definitely. i would like to think that the dimensions on the medium, design-wise, might even be better than the large... which can really look that with the exagerated roman numerals. with the medium, it is toned down a bit.
so it really depends on the wrist size.
and, yes, they told me that it was for women at that time. i put it down and told myself "but it really looks nice on my wrist". hahaha! this recent post put it in proper perspective. maybe one day i will give it a try again.

Sounds good! Thanks for the insight SJX. I'll be doing some more searching and hopefully can find a dealer close by that has one, or I may stop by a Cartier boutique on my next business trip. I will post pictures post purchase for sure!
