Curious... What made the boutique experience exceptional?
I always find employees at Cartier to be very very nice. But unknowledgeable. Generic. Good. Sufficient. But not exceptional. But perhaps "good" and "adequate" is considered "exceptional" nowadays since everything in general is so lacking.

Yes! It's rare indeed to see someone who's actually familiar with watches and careful when sizing bracelets. I've seen bracelets with chewed up screw holes and other scratches. Ugh!
