Cartier Tank Basculante
In a recent gtg, one of my dear Purist friend Stefan brought along one of his many (Lol) recent acquisitions.
This is his Cartier Tank Basculante. I have never seen one before until he shared his with me. It works very well with a navy blue strap and I really like it too.
The tilting window mechanism on the Tank Basculante has an old world charm that is so rare these days. We joked that this is like a Cartier "Reverso" but it's actually very different as it can tilt in different angles, not just flip like a JLC Reverso.
Some pics to share here.
Once again, big congrats to Stefan for getting yet another fine timepiece of class in his collection!
Cheers
Robin
