The vibe is very different...

The vibe of the steel watch is almost Patek Philippe Nautilus mixed with AP Royal Oak in some ways.  The titanium model feels so different than the Nautilus and Royal Oak, that you don't necessarily think about those two heavyweights - until you realize they're all related to Gerald Genta.

The steel model is definitely heavier, and it feels more expensive because it's shinier.  The Titanium OF doesn't look nor expensive right away - it's very stealthy.

It almost feels like an entirely new watch compared to the titanium version.  They definitely feel very different.

Best thing to do is to go and try one on yourself.  Being in Asia, it's harder for you to get the salmon dial - but I'm sure if there's a will, there's a way.

I think the Bulgari Salmon dial might be very similar to the Chopard Alpine Eagle XPS with the Monte Rosa dial.  Both seem to have a slight pale salmon look, a modern pink salmon look rather than the vintage more orange salmon look.  For instance a Patek Philippe 5270P has a more orange salmon look.  I'd say the Bulgari and the Chopard both have a pale pink salmon look.
