Having a spot for the wristwatch is very nice. In looking closer, I wonder if the mechanism also keeps the wristwatch wound? It looks like something touches the crown in a mechanical way but o maybe do that? 🤔
And I am pretty sure it sets the watch to the correct time as well. It might not be this one, but there is one of these that they made that sets and winds it.
The point is to avoid the "man with 2 clocks never knows the correct time" syndrome. Important when regulating a watch or clock and not having to do it only in the watch factory room.
