I was fortunate enough last november to visit the Breguet manufacture in Le chenit close to Le Brassus. During the visit they show us exactly what you explain. They made two hands of the Souscription in front of us. This is really hand crafted. I will even tell you as these hands are difficult to produce in term of color and shape, they make the full production in the restoration department where craftmen make hands job with great precision.

I would be extremely scared for anyone to touch these hands
It is a very unusual style of Breguet hands. Probably unique. Looks extremely delicate. On a lot of older watches with breguet hands, it's extremely common to see the tip snapped off (usually not a huge deal as the overall length isnt shortened too much)....
