Yes I noticed the same .....
Nevertheless Breguet is very selective with limited edition drama unlike other brands who keep on making new LE every now and then . Nevertheless I agree that they should not have done it on the titanium . Btw thanks and as promised I did my post

The tritium hands were replaced few years after I acquired the piece so they're not quite aging at the same pace as per the dial. Hopefully one day they'll look more homogeneous. A quick test for you, have you noticed something else special about this pie...
