I love the new platinum tourbillon fusee even as I remain skeptical about the use of silcon. I must diagree with your "Nivarox is good enough with regards to magnetism resistance" comment however. As someone who spends too much of my life trying to decide whether or not magnetism is the key culprit in a mechanical watch failure or merely a contributing factor, I believe it is still a high priority horologically speaking.
Absolutely agreed on the barely comprehensible weirdness of the Type XXII and (reluctantly) on the increased legibility of the 40 mm Tradition, even as much as I'd prefer to see that same degree of legibility in the smaller case size.
