Wow, I've been waiting for this report for awhile now
The La Tradition in 40mm looks like the business; but I have to see it in the flesh. At 37mm, I thought it was perfect - nice, classy and very elegant...A true dress watch. I have my doubts with the added chunk, but 40mm is no doubt a solid size for the boys.
