I'll pick the 5707. I like the guilloche dials on complicated Breguets, where multiple patterns are used in the subdials. Also works better in yellow gold I think.

Then the 5707 with its guillochéd dial is lovely and (obv) inspired by an original Breguet pocketwatch. The tradition is inspired by Breguet's souscription pocketwatches and is also lovely. I would go with the 5707, but really, go with whichever you wake ...
