The colour palate is beautiful. I do have an issue though with that ostentatious power reserve indicator taking a bite out of the 'clock' at 12.
In my unlettered opinion, that lovely clock - so much more than a 'sub-dial' - should be the unobstructed focus, mounted on the dial like a masthead, with all of the visible mechanics presented in their supportive roles. Perhaps Breguet is riffing here on the asymmetric harmony that its dials are famous for. It works better in some references than in others. But what do I know!

personally I prefer the original 7097, but both are undeniably nice!

I think this is a lot of watch for the money, if I didn’t have the 7047 it would be the one I would buy…Jim
