It's so nice to see a review of Breguet's Baselworld offerings with such nice pictures.

I'll respectfully disagree about the 5727, however. It seems like a much more understated, and therefore, much more wearable in the real world, watch to me. I could actually own the 5727 as an everyday wearer and traveler.

The 5717, which I think looks phenomenal, is a different sort of watch, much more eye-catching and not something I would feel comfortable out in the streets of NYC with, or at my office.

So, I'm glad Breguet has the 5727, and I think it was for people like myself who like understated elegance.

BTW, isn't the rotor silvered (or rhodium-ed) gold? I believe that's the case with a few other models in the Breguet line, such as the stainless steel 5857. Thanks again.
