Some words about my 5930
Sorry for not posting sooner as I wanted to wait until I get a better impression for the timepiece...
I've been using my 5930 for around 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. I've been wearing it almost every day since I got it to make sure that the lubrication is evenly distributed around the inards of the watch.
For the first week, I couldn't take my eyes of the dial as it is beautifully crafted and the layout is stunning, especially the 2 types of guilloche they have applied here. Also, the blued steel hands seems to change to different shades of blue under different lighting conditions.
Accuracy wise, I have no complaints. It has never lost or gained more than 5 secs per day and I never find it necessary to reset the watch at all.
One thing I find difficult to do is to set the watch accurately since when I pull the crown out, the seconds hand still rotate. When I try to set the minute hand, I find it has moved from the position I want it to be in.
Overall, a great watch and still pleased that I have bought it.
I've started to look at other models now and fancy something with a ceramic dial but the 5140 is too big for my taste (and arm), even though it is a stunning piece. Wish they did a smaller versions of it... I'm also looking at the 3337 as I saw it in one of the dealers here...
