I have the Breguet fountain pen but as a lefty it kind of stinks writing with it as I smear ink all over the place when I write. I do have a number of nice fountain pens but really don't use them much anymore for that reason. On another note, do you know ...
Yep, those reviews were mine!........

You inspired me to pull out the last of my fountain pens this morning. The Girard Perregaux Tourbillon pen happens to be my favorite one of what I have left in the collection. Tony ...
I wasn't a fan of the Tate neither.

The mechanism was cool, the vanishing nib mechanism like that found in the Boheme. But the pen itself wasn't my favorite. I really like the Borghese pen. It's cool and modern!
Looks like it's polishing time...

Every year, usually in the spring, I'll start polishing my silverware, then the pens, then all the other silver accessories... Polish these babies and start enjoying them again!
How do you care/polish about silver pens?

I've got dozens of Montblancs...

I don't think I've ever even tried writing with a Montegrappa. I tried an S.T. Dupont, nib was too firm. Montblanc's nib is still not flexible enough and the Montblancs are a little dry. Would love to give Pelikan a try, they supposedly run a little wette...
I know that they are produced by Montegrappa.

And that is why it is strange for me that they've placed "Swiss made" label on pens (it is engraved on back side of the clip). Possibly some of operations are made on Breguet side. Or Montegrappa has some Swiss manufacture.
