what a nice piece. dont know the movement. you could type in the model reference in a search engine and see what comes up. the picture doesnt do any justice to the watch and the hand is obscuring the model number. nevertheless, beautifully raised numerals with the aluminium outer ring having the clous de paris guilloche all the way up to the outer ring. so solid in appearance. real classic looks - breguet style. looks like a miniature grand-father clock with those famous blue'd hands. good luck with your research.

purchase led to my first breguet and my first post on this forum. when i saw the guilloche, its simplicity and elegance in the shop,there was only one result---on my wrist. Can someone tell me which movement beats within this beauty? thnaks henry...

--but i guess the finishing touches is done by breguet---is that common in the earlier breguet models?

DTL, Do you know what movement is in 5157 - i am considering this piece and was somewhat surprised to realize that not all mvmts are in-house. Pointers to information on OEMs of movements would also be appreciated. Thanks!
