The platinum comes with a sapphire case back, too.
The SS version is a limited edition of 1000 pièces, while the platinum came in a LE of 90 pièces.

The big difference is that the stainless steel doesn't have a date, while the Salmon platinum does have one.

Before deciding anything on this Watch, try to see it in the flesh: The dial is more purple blue than blue. Be sure that you like what you are seeing, I mean, the color, with these purple accents. And that you won't get rid of it, after a while... Best, N...

Sure about the LE of 1500 pieces, Jester? I have always been told ( and read ) 1000.
