Breguet

Great post, Foversta!

I saw the LE of 7 pieces Chrono with the enamel dial some months ago, and as you, I was amazed by the beauty of this watch, essentially due to its great enamel dial, and, yes, I like the enamel top of the crown.

The Tradition and the 5140 are two of the most beautiful, at least for me, pieces that Breguet still produces, especially ( for me again ), the WG with the enamel dial.

This Combo is maybe a bit cold, but very dressy and elegant, and the agic of the enamel dial is always here!

Then the Tradition is pure Breguet DNA, indeed.

There is nother amazing piece, the Tourbillon Messidor, ith its very nice transprency which allows to enjoy the higfh level of finish.

And, for sports, the Marine or the Type XX ( I prefer it to the 21, much nicer, IMO ).

So, Bregeut has a lot of watches to offer to a lot of people, but, because there is a BUT...The question of the Movements...

I tend to agree with you, Francois Xavier, on this point.

When you have a Manufacture called Breguet, and you're a Breguet Fan, you are totally legitim to expect an in house caliber, as ALB did himslef when he created an develeopped the brand.

Where is now this inspiration, not ot say...Legitimity?

They should consider seriously this point, IMO.

For me, and till this moment, I consider a lot watches like the Marine and the Type XX, and not higher watches, for this reason.

And you all know that I love a lot the Type XX, and the Marine!

Best.

Nicolas
