Never saw either of the watches in real life but judging by your photos my preference would be the WG one, seems much more versatile and the contrast between the lighter and darker gray parts and the color of the dial together work better and more harmoni...
I prefer them in white metal.. much easier to wear.
But I do agree the yellow-gold ones are also very nice! ...
