Is possible with any modern watch, even the more pedestrian (ETA based) ones.
It depends how much time the watchmaker is willing to spend to perform the regulation (and, of course, you be willing to pay for his/her time).
One example is my LLD. When I got it (pre-owned) it was performing around -10s/day.
I challenged my watchmaker and, believe it or not, is +1s/day (just checked)!!

I had a Rolex 16700 ( GMT ) which was even more spectacular...
It gained one sec in the day time, and lost it in the night time... At the end of the month, the watch gained 2 to 3 secs! The magic of these watches is just unbelievable... I should have kept it... Best, Nicolas

as I have the XXI and I had the same issue at the beginning and after I demagnetize it, perfect. I never leave my chrono run 24 hrs a day except the pp 5960 and 5980 which states clearly there is no extra wear and tear.
