Is possible with any modern watch, even the more pedestrian (ETA based) ones.
It depends how much time the watchmaker is willing to spend to perform the regulation (and, of course, you be willing to pay for his/her time).
One example is my LLD. When I got it (pre-owned) it was performing around -10s/day.
I challenged my watchmaker and, believe it or not, is +1s/day (just checked)!!
