Once you have the standard finish X-71 on your beautiful 2885F you can decide whether you really need it fully brushed.
If yes my suggestion is to find a trusted and experienced source locally. They can match the finish 100% to the finish of the case.

Many thanks for the above, helps as it is great suggestion. First try it with the mix of prushef and polish works (a la PCL?) and if so desired have a jeweler brush everything. If I ever go down that road will definitely post it here. Cheers, Jerome
