Thanks, Henrik. That’s reassuring. As I read from a hands-on report saying the bi-directional pilot bezel is ratcheted.
Since the bezel and glass were overed by plastic film in the boutique, hence I didn’t check the turning of bezel, thought it is ratcheted with click as in most other watches.

Yes, I am attracted by its beauty. On further reading the caliber inside is quite impressive as well, especially the 5Hz beat rate to enable chronograph measurement of 1/10 sec.
An update:
Just called the SA of boutique. That's normal. The bi-directional bezel has no ratchet/ clicking on turning.
