The lighter blue effects were all created in strong sunlight (most of the shown photos in this post were taken on a boat in midsummer). Normally - in daily life - the dial seems to be a much darker blue with a small contrast between the two rings. But als...

I know, I know. It’s really ridiculous and I'm acting like a toddler. I bought a watch that is 300 m water-resistant and (under adverse circumstances) swapped the non-water-resistant original leather strap for a canvas strap so that I can really do everyt...  

At the start you will want to enjoy its fresh pristine state. But then some time later you will be itching for it to be your daring adventure companion! And it will always be beautiful. Enjoy the journey!!
