Hahahaha! You are a brave man!

 

I know, I know. It’s really ridiculous and I'm acting like a toddler. I bought a watch that is 300 m water-resistant and (under adverse circumstances) swapped the non-water-resistant original leather strap for a canvas strap so that I can really do everything with the watch.

Now I'm afraid that sunscreen will touch the strap or that the slightest scratch will spoil the wonderful shine of the brushed red gold case. Now I'm doing exactly what I didn't really want to do with this watch. For once, I wanted a sporty watch in colored gold that I can do everything with in summer. Now I pamper it and de facto place it under the glass cover.

My behavior may be due to the fact that I have only owned the watch for a few weeks and it still looks brand new and peeled from the egg.

I think I need a (watch) coach ...

At least I dare to take it with me to the boat and … to breakfast. LOLLL.

The lighter blue effects were all created in strong sunlight (most of the shown photos in this post were taken on a boat in midsummer). Normally - in daily life - the dial seems to be a much darker blue with a small contrast between the two rings. But als...
