small update
A Blancpain retailer in Zurich showed me a catalogue with the novelties for 2012 from Blancpain and it includes a blue stainless steel version of the standard FFathoms, with blue strap as well. Other details seem to include fully brushed case, like the Aqua Lung version, and the central part of the dial has a texture, like the one seen in the blue version of the FFathoms with the chronograph/calendar/moonphase complication.
It should be avialble they said around September.

Yes, I did in spring 2010. It is in good hands I hope I did a total overhaul at Blancpain early in 2011 and it is like new ever since. All my other watches, since I got this one and the 45mm (strap) version in 2008, have become sleepers FF's are addictive...
