Well after purchasing my 993 turbo last year I have been bitten by the air cooled bug. While the car was at my parents house while I got my garage sorted out. My dad fell in love with the 993 turbo. It needed some work though so I don’t expect to get that...  

Although I am in no rush knowing the longer it's out means the more he is enjoying it.

This and the 993 are definitely iconic Porsche. The car just looks so tough!

Although I do have a GT3RS expected to be delivered next month as I write this.

I’m curious, why specifically would you envision this for your daughter instead of the boys? Is this more challenging to drive?

Latent turbo boost and rear wheel drive and heavy clutch. That being said my girl is as tough as nails and purple is her favorite color so I couldn't imagine it going to anyone else. My Bubba is a classic car guy so I see him having the 993tt and my Cammy...

I remember well the Porsche line-up at the auto show around these days, one of the best IMO. Before the turbo went to 3.6. 928 GTS, 968 CS, 964 turbo, all shades of silver, amethyst and speed yellow That was yummy!

As can be seen at auction sales as well. Typical color combo for the 964 turbo was black on black or silver.

I think it is sexier than 993 turbos body

I was a senior in HS when that car was released and I remember thinking one day I'll own one. The 964 I always viewed as a dog to be honest. It was sluggish it had significant turbo lag and it just resembled too much of the 930 to me. Honestly my love for... 

Personally 993 and 964 are the best. IMHO next in line maybe 997. IMHO 993 is the most stunningly beautiful, sensual and naturally curvy of all 911. 964 is more gorgeous and alluring yet perky. If I may put into word.🙂

I like the 997 as well but I missed the boat on the ones I wanted. 5 years ago I came really close to buying 2-997 GT3 RS. I just don't see myself paying what people want for them now, especially for what they could have been had for. Same goes for the 99... 

964 and 993 both perhaps equal to romance and makeup.

My favorite color was my 991 RS in UV. Really miss that car because of the color.
