Very common for people to have golf carts where I live
They are theoretically restricted to streets of 45 mph and despite having a "restricted" top speed they all can do 45 or so. Most of the cities in the country are nothing like New York, in my experience. This is a suburban/urban 1-5 mile solution. I suspect the same of the Euro low speed vehicles. If not from the factory there is certainly an aftermarket solution or two, especially since there are few inspections or licensing issues.

For those around the neighborhood errands, why use a golf cart when you could have one of these cute fellas? If you buy a pair maybe they will throw in the cool transporter? ...
Are they legal to drive on the road or just on the sidewalk.
They look like a lot of fun, much like Mack Truck babies.
Looking up some details it is described as a city car that is instead of a scooter.
The max speed is 28mph. I don’t know how European cities compare, but when I think city then NYC is what comes to mind. I guess it could function there, but I keep imagining the taxis and other cars honking as they whizz around it for slowing things down....

I’ve heard of towns like in GA where people get around in golf carts, which I think is so cool, even though I never experienced it *sigh*. I’m guessing FL must have similar areas, and now I learned that SD does too👌🏽

They are cute and a typically French solution to mobility at 16 (normal cars can only be driven from 18). Not something I would take to a mountain pass but a nice enrichment of the automotive environment 😊
