Seems like Rolls Royce and Mercedes-Maybach have both done things that Lincoln has accomplished many years ago! Can't forget those ashtrays. Like big expensive mansions, the more chimneys the more impressive. Same thing about cars; the more tailpipes and ...

Yes, it was definitely one of the coolest stands that integrated both traditional and modern. A bit of history and flair. Plus the team at Mercedes-Benz is always great!

In the matte green paint? That's a good idea, the matte green paint is great because you don't get the "orange peel" paint effect that is becoming a bigger and bigger problem.

The good thing about the matte paint is that it doesn't have orange peel. The bad thing is that it is more expensive, more difficult to maintain, and gets polished in some areas where the wind hits it a lot. But yes, too expensive of a car for me to worry...

The trick is to avoid dark colors. I was looking at a black S550 (aka S500 in the rest of the world) parked next to me earlier today and another white S550 parked a few cars away. You can see the orange peel very easily and quickly on darker colors and no...
