The fleet is perfect …
The countryside is soso …. I live in Flanders not too far from Brussels … and it is soo busy here. Traffic is a real bitch and the fun days are over.
The solution however is very near ;-) …. My project is coming alive.
At least here i can drive to the ‘boulanger ‘ in the morning without encountering a single car over a distance of 10 km … or maybe one 😄.
It’s Renault week !
Today i received my new van, so there are 5 Renaults in the barn for the moment. Without any exception all are drivers cars, even the vans. From left to right: Trafic 1.6 diesel 125 hp Alpine produced Renaultsport Clio 3 RS 200 ish hp Alpine A110 Pure 250...
Well, one van will go by 2021 …
.. and the Alpine belongs to a friend … everybody seems to drop off their toys at my place … Ducatis, Porsche, M-cars, Alpine, Alfa …. 😁

I remember seeing a blue R5 Turbo at a car show when I was a kid. My powers of persuasion were unfortunately insufficient to get my dad to buy it.

On a scale from 0 to 100 and the Alpine is 100 , i would rate the Clio at 80 to 90 … the Megane 70 .

Nice bunch
Had the opportunity to test drive the megane rs trophy with the six speed manual and it was more entertaining than anticipated. A bit less weight would have been nice. Now if they could just drop that manual in the alpine, all my problems would be solved!...
Yes the Megane needs to loose some weight.
With 280 hp, more like 265, and 1460 kilos it isn’t THAT fast. Okay, it’s more than fast enough and the looks make up for a lot. Also the capabilities of this car are out of this world but the fun factor isn’t there as with the Clio or the Alpine. All in ...
