I had the La Coste, the Automatic and the Diesel 1,8 ltr. too. This is my fourth 205. All great cars and never problems.

The 205 Rallye was a nice car, white with the red carpet.

I always want to make a acceleration-test with mine against the Rallye. I am not sure, the Rallye Motor (Peugeot) needs high rpm, the Talbot Motor has power from 1500rpm. The GTI 1.9 is another world, but i saw a test in a spanish car-magazin Rallye again...

My dad own the peugeot 205 CTI,6 1989.

The 205 is still such a fun little car and yours looks to be in great shape

Have had many fun miles behind the wheel in a 205 GR. Its still in my family but needs a bit of service because its not been driven the last few years.

Great little car and with fond memories

Had a GTD that never did less than 45mpg no matter how hard driven. My brother had an XS. The GTI was a car of choice at college in early 90's - I once had a ride in a 1.6 with aftermarket supercharger - the rear drum brakes made it a challenge to slow/st...

Fabulous !

i like the understatement in this one. 4 doors Black steel wheels Neutral color No front lip With the much needed Gti steering wheel. And good brakes. Are the wheels widened? It looks like it, and is it 13 or 14 inch ? And i suspect the track is widened o...

Wait till i smash 5000 € at it :-)

Also in red it is a nice car!

The steering wheel is from 405 M16, the GTI is thinner. The brakes are ventilated and with four pistons from Citroen Saxo Copa. Brakes better than a new car with ABS. The wheels, and this was my mistake in the other post, are not from 205 Rallye, because ...

Thanks for the updates ! A remark maybe:

Are you sure about the wheels coming from the 106 Rallye, as i remeber them not having round holes but some kind of trapezium ones, also 14 inch but i don't know about the width. The 205 Rallye wheels are indeed 13 inch with round holes. So 15 mm less ET ...

Yes, i am wrong in one point!

It is only a half Inch more on each side and 1,5cm from ET. So it is like you say, 28mm on each side. But this is enough and closed to the body. The wheels from 106 Rallye has oval holes, that is rigth, but I bougth new steel wheels in the same size. 5,5 ...

I really like the 106 rallyewheels but the PTS even more.

 By: bimbeano : July 24th, 2018-12:15
Prices asked for secondhand 106 rallye wheels are ridiculous and the PTS can still be bought new, a bit more expensive but new and more special. And the PTS go very well on any 205, unlike the original GTI wheels taht look ridiculous on a non-GTI. Since m...

Golden memories. [nt]
