Looking like a lot of fun was had...
Unfortunately I wouldn't know where to take my car in the USA to get it to 305 km/hr. No place I can do it legally. And I think mine supposedly tops out right around 303 or 305 km/hr, not that it will ever matter since the car won't ever get anywhere close to that in USA.
The fastest I've gone was an indicated 176/177 miles per hour in a Porsche 911 Turbo. The car probably could've gone faster but there was a tiny whine from the rubber window seals at 176 mph and turned into shrilling continuous squeak at 177mph, unbearable so couldn't continue. I was a passenger as the car was piloted by a very experienced driver.

Wow. Great experience. I\'d love to do the Ring. I drove my RS to Monaco from London and my back was so sore afterwards I needed physio! I must be getting old!
