Jaguar X Type AWD V6

Still looking cool...
The 'good Jags' seem to be seen less and less these days and the X Type alongside the XJ are the coolest. Latest production 2008-2009 for both.
They will definitely become collectibles and I am hanging on to this one..
Interior and exterior to impress at any occasion..amongst any other cars..

Engine wise the V6 had reworked cilinderheads, completely different interior and finish. I talked to a guy who was involved in early stages of development at Ford Genk Belgium, it was a Mondoe platform and they gave it the feeling of a true Jag. But back ...
History's been more kind to this one than contemporary road tests

I remember that there was a good deal of chuckling in the auto press when this one arrived (Mondeo platform, blah, blah), but you're absolutely correct about the X-Type looking better every day relative to Jaguar small cars like the XE and E-Pace. Those f...
Agreed!!

Spot on with everything, Tim.. I couldn't agree more.
Always loved our 2,5 X-type.

For a fraction of the price it gave us 90% of the true Jag spirit. Me and my best friend each bought one in the UK. Our silver 2,5 was not really a fast car and had some transmission issues (we eventually had it properly fixed), my friend's 3 liter wasn't...
