I was never a 911 guy (chuck it off to my mid 80s birth date), but I will say that the vintage 911 Speedster is far more appealing to me than the hyper-polished (pun intended) brand-new Taycan Turbo S .... Enjoy your ICE manual while it's still a viable o... 

But i do love the looks and the way it drives. That Clio and my 1988 Peugeot 205 will only go over my dead body.

I had a few drives in a automativ Vantage V8 …. What a car …. And the manual should be excellent i heard.

Obviously, it will depend on what's available in the marketplace at the time of my purchase, but a manual would be my strong preference . Cheers, Filip

My current car is around 2000 kg. Slightly less actually. In USA, I kid you not, there are soon going to be 5000 KG electric cars (pick-up-truck/SUV shaped cars) on the road! The new Hummer Electric car is nearly 5000 KG when loaded with cargo and passeng... 

Trucks also weigh a lot over 5000 kilos, off course if your car gets run over by one you're are gone ... but unfortunately those 5000 kg pick-ups will be driven at far higher speeds and some less careful people as well. We haven't seen the end of the madn... 

Here in California, normal car drivers will soon be driving these 5000 kg cars! While talking on their phones, being disturbed by the screaming kids, etc. Definitely a very big problem!

And we still have too many Eastern European truck drivers on our roads ... last Friday I unfortunately saw ... 'the white blanket' again :-( .... lying over a deceased one. The traffic jam that followed took me 1,5 hours to cover 5 miles and you wouldn't ... 

Much higher risk of injury on a motorcycle! But seriously, car companies should be more cautious... To make a 11,000 pound or 5000kg vehicle on the road, for a "basic license" driver is just irresponsible. I understand batteries are heavy. But to make a h... 

My dealership had a 991 speedster that I was contemplating on getting. Was out of town for the weekend and it sold in a flash. Even at the $100k over list price. Great cars!
