I had these lying in the barn for a couple of months now. Some guy who bought a M135i decided not to use them and mount 19 inch wheels so i was lucky to have them for a reasonable price. Fitted with the latest Michelin Pilot Supersports 225/40/18 on the f...  

I once tried the Toyota GT-86 which is basically the same, offcourse i would buy the Scooby . It really gives you that extra special feeling even though the engine wasn't as strong as my Clio's engine. But you know it's not all about horsepower. I have 2 ... 

.. a local Toyota or Subaru dealer and ask for a drive. You'll e pleasantly amazed ... whle you're on it also go to a Mazda dealer to try the MX-5 ... offcourse the BRZ has room for 4 people or 3 people, one Ola and one Tagada ! ;-)

... Were not available as an option on regular 1 series. So now i payed less for these than optional 18 inch wheels AND i get to keep the original wheels. Dont worry about my handturn brakes, i often use my handbrake when overtaking a friend i his car ;-)... 

Namely 165 at the front and 145 at the back? That would make it the third car I know of with wider fronts (next to the DS and the Audi RS3)...

Factory is 165 all around, the 205 doesnt have the Audi understeer problem. It rather has an oversteer problem, in order to make that 'problem' worse i temporarely fitted the 145's at the back ..... Snowtires ;-)

Lift off oversteer is already a 205 trait. With 145s...sounds fun. You have me beaten with the narrowest tyres...155s on the Spider.

.... refurbished at this moment, so it was a good moment for some experiments. I must say i'm not really a hero in getting this 205 sideways, one never knows where he ends up. And the tiny 205 isnt particularly well known for its NCAP ratings, if it has a... 

And enter hedges in that direction, too, in the 205

.. it is VERY easy to enter most driveways backwards ... but i'm being very carefully as i still have to fully check all stabilizers and suspension ... and exhaust (it's a bit rotten) ... i wouldn't want to loose any parts

Almost impossible to enjoy modern cars in such ways at modest speeds. While better in any objective sense in terms of smiles the modern cars cannot compete...

A modern car like my Clio RS, a Lotus , a Cayman are also fantastic in terms of 'low' speed fun ... and the big plus is that you can really go very fast as well and still have fun . But a really old car with very low weight, supple suspension, low power a... 

but was stolen when we lived in Hamburg. It was a very nice car, but with standard suspension, not sure it is aggresive enough for you. br, Dirk

Well, i am slightly getting used to my extremely soft 120d now .... Okay it puts 190 hp to the ground but in a very mannered way. Engine sound doesnt tell you in any way what gear you are in or what rpm the engine does and the maximum torque being there f... 

I had two of them in the past. They gave me a lot of driving (steering) joy. If you buy a FWD car it should be a Ford.

... the torque vectoring system makes it more RWD biased . I remember Ford making a big deal out of their 'Revo Knuckle" FWD systeem (independent pivot steering thing) ... but that was already in use by the Renault Clio 3 RS like mine .... and before that...
