I do test a lot of bikes for my friend who owns a Ducati store .... .
The black Café Racer actually is the Ducati SCR Scrambler Café Racer that i bought in 2017, it's my only bike (apart from a 1992 CBR 600 in pieces).
800 cc aircooled 75 hp, pretty light but way to tiny for me, but it's a lot of fun on small roads going not that fast.

The Panigale V4 is amazing compared to the 'old' V2 1199 or 1299 or a BMW S1000RR for that matter.
At very very low speed it just feels like any other 4 cylinder bike, very easy to ride and you can really stick to the speed limits. With a V2 like the 1098 1198 1199 1299 and the older 748/916/996 it was hell trying to go slow ... especially the 1098/1198
.
However when you go above 4-5000 rpm to 7-8000 rpm you already have a bike that fast you already need a fast car to keep up.
Now the interesting part starts at 10,000 rpm where the 2 cylinder sound (yes, not kidding) starts to change into a howling 4 pot
... at that point power delivery starts to get insane .... since the bike i tried was very low mileage i had to stay under 8000 .. so i guess i pulled to 11,000 which was already pretty impressive. Maximum is at 14,500.
Now imagine this bike had 214 hp ... with the Acrapovic it should reach 226 hp out of 1103 cc.
And ..... NOW ... imagine there is the 2019 Panigale V4R 998 cc with 221 hp (234 hp with the Acrapovic) that revs to an astonishing 16,500 rpm .... i really hope i can try that one
.
