Unpredictable

OR as I like to say to my wife “We never know what we will find!”

We drove in a mid- 20th century, somewhat depressed area of town that we had never visited before. Our first spotting was this Tesla.

On the way back out of the dead-end street, I noticed the big scrape over the rear wheel. It almost looks like it belongs there. Nice thing about a wrap like this…

A pristine rotary "rice rocket” caught my eye. Look at the size of the tailpipe!

A big Ford threatens the lovely vintage Chevy pickup.

Where old Ghostbusters go to die...

I think those are speakers above the windscreen, not lights, on this obviously well-used Thing.

OK, sketchy neighborhood.

on a N-N-N-narrow street. What did I find at the top? A street-parked Ferrari, which looks like it is saying "Rescue Me!"

Maybe this nearby Catholic Church acts as a spiritual security system?

Nissan racer

Stop to smell the hedges and spot the hummer. This was from the car 30 feet away, some shots just take themselves.

I said to my wife, “I guess this is what one does, when the neighborhood around changes and you can’t afford to move — keep it neat and tidy and uplift the community."

More sketchy around the corner and up a block.

Big Merc with eccentric rims ... could it be the Landlord’s car … come to collect the rent?

I can suggest Clarence Brown Wheel Alignment

Chrome rims, dangling dice, I like

I’ve seen this pedestrian bridge from below (for 50 years!) and today we accidentally found our way to the entrance. I had to walk up.

Here it is from the normal driver’s perspective.

Another Lexus bites the pavement.

Patina-kissed Bonus-Cab Chevy

Still wearing the Halter today. This is the first time I’ve worn it two days in an row. I’ve had it (how many?) ten years.

Thanks for cruising with us today.

We end with a sinkin' Lincoln
