I was thinking about picking up another ROO, but I think I might just go Millenary after seeing this!

I have been in love with this watch since the beginning! Each time I saw it at the AP Boutique, I had sparks in my eyes! So a few days ago, the moment came to take the plunge! Do you remember what Hayek said to a collector about the Breguet Double Tourbil...

A very strong piece ! Imho it took time to AP to get something out the RO line and it was not easy but with this special Millenary they finally did something great! I am still not into it personnaly, because of its very strong character but what a piece. ...

I take the opportunity of your nick to say that maybe... within several years, a Millenary chronograph will be issued with this style. Of course, I don't speak about the already existing high-end Millenary chronographs... like the MC12! Fx

I hope you're right. But after seeing your watch I think a 4101 is the best use of the Millenary case. I need to start saving now Enjoy the watch and do keep posting pics.

FX, Congratulations on picking up the beautiful and unique Millenary 4101. I had a chance to try one on at the NYC boutique several months ago and found it truly mesmerizing. For some it is a bit too much watch, but I love the look of it. Wear it in the b... 

Of course, I will let you know about its performance during the next months. I will not wear it during the summer holidays (I need a more all-around watch) but I will wear it very frequently, be sure about this! Fx

This is one of the best released by AP in recent years, IMHO. The 4101 is the Millenary that made me sit up and take notice of this line, apart from the Starwheel. I hope this model helps to develop greater interest in the Millenary. What a beautiful watc... 

And yes, for me, it was the best way to enter AP world even if there are other very valuable options. Fx

The Millenary 4101 is daring and audacious. I love the new jumbo, but I would also choose the Millenary.

But I prefer the previous rotor! I was looking for something "different" and the Millenary was the best option in this context! Thanks Michael! Fx

It's such a great watch! I have my eye on it also! I think it would make a nice accompaniment for my other AP -- one is more a look back at the iconic RO; the other a modern piece from the company. I'm very happy for you! Cheers, Daos

The 4101 is the AP I would have chosen as well; too easy to go with the 'traditional' RO. The Millenary has so much wrist presence and you point out all the things I love about it: the case shape, the grey tones of the steel model, the reversed movement. ...
