Without knowing all the details, it is difficult to advise you.

 

Did you call the service center and confirm you were sending the watch in for very selective services?  Did you keep the name of who you spoke to?  If that were my watch, I would have been extremely specific and 1000% sure before sending it off.


What exactly was the dealer's involvement?  Did they package the watch for you or just forward your parcel?  These questions all need answers.  We can have our opinions here, but we can't do much more than that without much more specific information.
