So I'll keep expressing interest locally; issue is this will be my first AP, and only want that model. I have other watches in collection, but no AP, and not prepared to buy others as a "step up.." So I'm hoping, but if it doesn't happen, it'll be ok.

Mine arrived over the summer and has hardly left my wrist. It is an exceptional timepiece. Nearly perfect, IMO. Unique, exciting, and very unlike the "typical" AP. I certainly love my octagons, but the Starwheel is a whole different kind of AP.
