Met a brother at the recent AP Flagship boutique opening in Singapore - a very rare pleasure indeed! Looking forward to catching up with you and OrangeDial who\'s wrist was adorned by the original Starwheel... ...  

It was such a highlight for me to bump into another Starwheel and get to know you bro during the event!

Given its a day-time (no hint of anything remotely luminous) and decidedly non-sportive watch, I\'ve been asking myself the same question - particularly because the first Starwheel showed the heavily modified JLC movement in all its glory. Back then still... 

In fact a Millenary Chrono was on my shortlist before I got persuaded into the LUC Chrono One here at PuristSPro The Star Wheel is of course the main attraction here but one should not overlook the very nicely conceptualised and wonderfully executed case ... 

I\'ve been a big fan of the Millenary case shape, using the same side finishing details as the Jules Audemars but with such a distinctive twist using the oval shape! The newer iterations with their off-center arrangements make this pop out even more, usin... 

I know you have a discerning eye, and the Starwheel seems a perfect choice for a different AP. I know you will enjoy it!

While I am a huge admirer of the Royal Oaks, as I believe you are, there is always space for other beautiful and classic pieces... And this particular one in steel with its marvelous blue dial spoke to me like my first ROO or the 15202, or the 15300, or t...

Hope AP will indeed hear you and us others wanting to see a re-incarnation of this fascination mechanism... Recently saw my first ever other Starwheel in the wild - its round and more classic looking to predecessor in rosegold! What were the odds! Granted...  

...is that not only did you get a gem, but if I remember right, Salman's piece was super duper complete down to the hand tag and serviced. How do I remember? Since I waffled on buying it and contacted him about it! I think it may be the most complete Mill... 

I understand you appreciate this piece as much as I adore it, indeed a magnificent find I stumbled upon in March - not on my watch radar nor budget for this year at all, but it was love at first sight! I simply couldn\'t resist and I\'m so glad I didn\'t....  

Definitely up there with my dream AP... I wonder when and what will come next for a new iteration of the Starwheel?
