This is an EPIC shit-storm from AP's perspective. i used to hear horror stories from other brands but never expected such a huge screw up from AP.
Heads are gonna roll for this and I would demand a full explanation from them on this.
AP definitely monitors these online forums so they should be reaching out to you already by now i believe.

AP should stand behind there service department if they sent the wrong watch to you.
I think they should simply send you a new replacement if they cannot locate your Jumbo within 48 hours. Hope this works out. JerryW
