One of the best releases by AP in the last decade. Now after visiting Le Brassus, looking outside the starry sky from the Hotel d'Horologers, I totally understand and feel the inspiration and genesis of the Starwheel in real life!
There are rumors going around that this model was recently discontinued (it's not on the website anymore) - which would be a total shame, but I am hopeful new models with this outstanding mechanism is introduced in the future!

Nothing specific, but I don't think they will let this fantastic model go after such a short run.
I can envision lots of ways to go here. Different material is obvious. What about a lumed version? More of a starry night Starwheel? I can see it...
I visited the AP boutique in Geneva last month. The very charming and informative sales person there hinted at future Starwheel versions forthcoming. No details were given though.
