NWA!

Omg - a little shocked by this, but just stopped by and picked up my new BMG 16202XT!!!

Really really pleased and blown away by this new model, and especially love the Red Fume Dial and of course the use of BMG. You may recall I tend to worry about bezel scratches and of course - the addition of BMG on the bezel and other key components is special.

Will post more later!!

Cheers
Peter

I can't wear that. Space odyssey joke aside due to the uncanny dial resemblance, a real beauty, congratulations on this new addition!

Thanks much!

Appreciate the note. I think I'm going to try to make this a new daily! For better or for worse, I've been Uber careful with my SS Jumbo. This one I will try to put through the ringer Cheers Peter

Congratulations. It’s stunning.

The dial is just insane. I’ve seen this reference live once and it’s something special. I hope you wear it in best of health.

Yes! The dial is unique!!

Compared to my CODE the dial has a lacquered finish which adds a bit of texture to the dial. It's really something I enjoy watching light dancing on the surface. Add to that the hyper reflective surfaces of the BMG its a great contrast. Cheers Peter

Thanks! And so sparkly!

I guess the 15202IP must elicit similar feelings. In this case, I'm really enjoying the lightness of the watch and will try to measure its weight! Peter

2 hour observation...this is super light!

And perhaps this was a miss on my end - but this maybe one of the lightest Jumbo's in the collection (I don't think AP has made a full titanium)? Add that to the ultrathin profile it's a pretty amazing feel! Cheers Peter

Fantastic! Congratulations my Friend!

The "freshest" Jumbo we have seen in a long time, and quite possibly, since 1972. Very original take on this storied watch.

Thanks so much!

Really enjoying the short time wearing this on the wrist. Beyond the thin Jumbo case, loving the Red Dial, the BMG, and especially the lightness of the piece. The weight coming from the Titanium / BMG - is extraordinary and I get a sense that this combina...

Thanks! Super light and super shiny!!!

It seems the BMG components have some form of black polish, allowing it to go dark and brilliant with a flick of the wrist. Add that to the Titanium it is really super lightweight and cool to the touch. Another interesting detail - see below the bracelet ...

One day...

Excellent and well deserved addition to your great collection 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I agree that the BMG material is a special feature that must give a certain peace of mind. And the screws you showed on the back of the bracelet are very interesting. I’d be very curious...

Many thanks!

Appreciate the kind comments! Excited to share more as I learn more about daily wearing with this watch. On the bracelet links - I was told they are used to remove the links. My fat wrist doesn't require any removal of links so I can't test it out 🤣🤣🤣 Che...
