Wore it yesterday after many years .. even the rubber on the crown started melting away. Will need a spa treatment soon. And definitely change of strap as camp Horus strap does not look good anymore ...
That was my very first AP, bought in 2001.
Long since traded away, but wow what an incredibly cool design with that rubber bezel. Not cheap to replace, but I would get all the rubber swapped out and it will be like a new piece for you.

Maybe one day they will bring back the rubber clad? There is something cool blending rubber and steel in a luxury watch. I’m sure your watch will enjoy the spa! Cheers Peter
