New ROC 38mm models

Had the chance to try them on

Although from the pics I was more interested in the grey dial I found the white/blue looking more attractive

However I also think the 38mm was a tad small on my wrist
And now I can comfortably say that the 39mm is THE sweet spot size

How's the clasp?

Mohannad, Thanks for the photos. You know I share your preference for the 39 mm ROC, but I wonder if the 38 mm has the improved double-sided clasp used in the 41 mm ROC. The AP website doesn't have photos of the clasp. Park

Hey park

Yes it has the double sided clasp

Wow lucky you to have seen and tried both!

I have not seen them yet but based on your photos, the silver/blue wins for me. Cheers. Ray

For me the 41mm is the sweet spot, but 39mm is also OK ...

The dial is really gorgeous but it just didn’t look right on my wrist. A bit too small which could have been due to its proportions (relatively thick case in relation to diameter). The lack of a see-through caseback is a con too. But overall, its an inter...

I know, chrono vs time-date, but still both are luxury steel sports watches with their own distinctive identities. How was the feeling on the wrist? Quality impression? Things you adore or miss on one or the other? Thanks, Daniel

I had not seriously considered the ROC prior to the introduction of the 38mm models, and seeing these on your wrist adds fuel to the fire. The panda is quite fetching, and I hope to have the chance to try one on soon - although that could be dangerous. Th...
