depending on how bad the ding/scratch, I might train my eyes not to look at it but for this case, I’ll probably send it to experts to fix it. Sorry to see that.

If its a daily wear watch used as a work watch, I wouldn’t mind these scratches etc. compare it to the first “park mg door dent” in your new car. If the watch is used more formal it the damage is lethal
