Sounds to me like some "T&Cs" bind their hands. May not entirely be the fault of the staff employed there.... i.e. if they were to put the potentially third-party battery back in then you could say that they were responsible for the battery... What I ... 

Sorry about the bad experience. I can't understand why they can return the watch in the condition that you have brought it in? Surely they can't expect you to accept the watch in such a state? This is such poor customer service!! Can't imagine how managem... 

I only have one AP watch and sent it to the Singapore service center two months ago for the routine water tightness check for the warranty extension, and while that's pretty standard, I was quite happy to get the watch back within 3 weeks when I was initi... 

I have used the US Service Center on multiple occasions, all with exemplary results.

Not sure how it works in your neck of the woods but if you honestly think you are in the right and they are trying to screw you just get legal representation. An attorney will go over your case and recommend a course of action. Good luck and hope you get ...  

Ok, honestly said my AP's are serviced at the Hong Kong service center and I have no complaints. That was the reason why I was amazed by the treatment at the Singapore service center. To be short my friend has launched a complaint via the official AP webs... 

Always frustrating when you have to go through the more official lines to get the desired outcome (which was always the reasonable and fair one from the outset) but certainly not unique to AP - that however doesn't excuse! Hopefully they will sort it out ...
