For a comparable AP ROO in the current line to that of the Triple date, I would say the closest would be this one, the AP 26283ST:

It in the current line up in the women's collection but IMO the size is great if you don't want the larger 44mm ROO chrono.
I have small wrist as well so I know how you feel. For me the Triple Date is perfect but check out this wrist shot, I think it works:

Great photos and comments. That particular model, given its size and dial, does offer more versatility IMO than the standard Offshore chrono, which is larger and not as easily dressed up. Thanks for the post Ming!

Not sure if it will fit. There are 2 case variants of the Triple Date ROO, the one I have has the bracelet with links and another is the old style case that has lugs made specifically for a strap. You can contact your local AP AD and see if they can order...
