I do have some photos, but I think media has done a much better job. I will try my best to share the experience at the AP Social Club later - but all in all, I think some of you probably know - there are many outstanding collectors who not only have the understanding and passion of the old and the new of AP, but also can acquire the old and the new of AP! Very impressive (and I can understand why it's hard to get pieces sometimes)

OW is another of AP's original firsts in the watchmaking world. I'm actually glad they have retired the 5135 - as it is based on a design that is over 30 years old - and I'm hopeful they look at openworking new models with new approaches soon! Peter

So different than IWC is that the AP crown can individually set each indicator independently! While there is an elegance and simplicity with the IWC, it's pretty nifty to be able to change multiple functions independently - simply by changing the position...
